Buying with Lisa

Buy the right land, not just the right house.

From a Riverfront Park condominium to a working ranch, the diligence is what protects you.

The process

How a purchase comes together.

  1. Define the brief

Location, land, commute, horses, finishes and the non-negotiables. Lisa asks the questions that save you weekends of driving.

  2. Financing that fits the property

Acreage, unusual construction, wells and septic can all affect lending. Talk with a lender early — and if you are a veteran or on active duty, ask about VA financing.

  3. Find it, including off-market

MLS searches plus Compass Coming Soon and Private Exclusive listings, and Lisa’s own network for properties that never reach the public sites.

  4. Due diligence

Inspection, sewer scope or septic, radon, well permits and water rights, surveys, covenants and insurance — scheduled in the right order inside your deadlines.

  5. Negotiate and close

A clear offer strategy, steady communication with the other side, and a calm path through appraisal and closing.
